I thought the same thing, but apparently he did it because he was a bit pissed about the performance, but instead of confronting the players straight after the match he wanted to give them a chance to celebrate before he talked to them in the locker room.

He's not winning the Ballon d'Or any time soon, but having squad players who can run around a bit and don't complain is important.

If he can keep up this level I'd be happy to extend his contract at a reduced price. Could easily have had two goals today.

I think our general cluelessness under Pirlo made Weston look better because he runs around a lot. In a proper system where he needs tactical understanding and discipline he looks completely lost and his running is fruitless. There's a mental component there too though, so I hope he can find...
