Imo Bayern would be by far his best destination (for him personally) and he'd probably end his career there with crazy stats ala Ribery/Robben. I personally find Liverpool as a weird fit and the idea of having him in EPL is rather meh.

You must be kidding. We did not randomly buy him. He was a beast at Villa, he was literally carrying the team, and one the best players in the league on that position. He was the main reason they ended up 4th.
