Not really. I get the feeling Marotta and Co are more willing to spend on a star SS then a Striker.But no Aguero's were available this year.

:tup: I'm not even sure Matri can jump. I remember at least 10 corners last season that Pirlo hit up Chiellini perfectly, only for him to be off target. Pazz would help, mostly against smaller teams and off the bench against the big guns.

It's hard to expect much more from these guys. The amount we've spent in the last ~5 years is pretty comparable to the other big teams. The wage structure is a problem but the club needs to maintain a certain amount of credibility. We can't just throw money around like lunatics while people are...

Obvious solution - Give teams who win in Europa, league (serie a) points. Watch them turn it around then.

Giovinco - Vucinic - Jovetic would be just as good. And Pazzini is probably the one I'd prefer to come off the bench (ahead of Matri/Quags)

Is this common in contracts? I don't mind assists but goals, hmmm. Explains alot of the s**t that was happening in the 2 seasons prior to Conte.

If we don't get a big name CF, I'm hoping Vucinic can take the No.9 role (a more technical version) and then have Jovetic/Giovinco playing off him in the big games. Use Matri/Pazzini and Quags for the smaller teams.

Like the home jerseys and happy with the sticker. Never liked the idea of a big black 'H' or half-stripes. Surprised there is no 3rd jersey. The away one is cool but it's common. Something experimental like Barca/french teams would've been good for marketing. Oh and for CL, aren't the stars...
