Since Italy is not going to be playing with 3 at the back, I think it should either be Chiellini or Bonucci witg Balzaretti and Abate (Maggio) on the flanks. And from what I've seen this tournament I think it should be.... Bonucci.

honestly i don't know about Chiellini in the LB position. He was quite shaky at times and others could do much better going forward.

italy looked awful before the euros with that formation and the same against ireland where they were all over the place. midfielders are stepping on each other's feet and they give away too much position. they just look much better with the 3-5-2.

if italy plays 4-3-1-2 they are going to have a really hard time against england. 3-5-2 is the way to go.
