yes you are absolutely right. this is the difference between good and bad coaches. the good ones will adapt a system in regards to what players he has available. a bad coach will sell and buy players to fit in his system. this is fucking bullcrap. Juventus is just fail.

because he has a very good contract here, he is also in one of the biggest clubs in the world. he probably thinks he can get a starting spot too. if Poulsen goes anywhere it will be to a challenging club and league. which of course matches the contract he has here.
