According to Mark - Llorente could play CL for Juve as the rule as reportedly changed. With the 'previous' rule - if AB qualifies for Europa, then Llorente wouldn't be able to play for Juve in the group stages of UCL, but can in the knock-out.

He's looking for 5m euros. Juve can easily accomodate that.
