Holland is hit, the average speed is 10 mph because of all the traffic-jams. Amsterdam is one of the hardest places to drive because of all the bikes and trams and the weird regulation that comes with. But I've driven in Amsterdam and in Rome, but Rome is in a league of it's own.

Parking isn't the problem. The problem is keeping your car in one peace while it's parked. Also driving is heaven in Italy as long as you've got a fast car, everybody gets out of your way when you are aproaching fast. In Holland people tend to drive on the left lane of the highway with 100 km...
