This is plain nonsense. I'm also Israeli, and very much an Italy fan. The only team I prefer over Italy is Israel, but since we rarely advance to higher competitions, the Azzurri is my first choice in these.
One thing which I don't get, is why Ranieri only made one substitution. Reggina didn't even get out of their own half, then why not swap Molinaro with Tiago or anyone else? I guess aside from the action of DP out--> Iaquinta in, Ranieri doesn't have much under his sleeve...
The only sub that can help out is probably Sali. Grygera was actually worse than Molinaro, and he also has a yellow card. Perhaps Sali will help with attack.
By the way, I still want to throw Sissoko out of a window for that miss of him :(
