    Andrea "Il Bruco Brutto" Agnelli

Well, the good thing about our fullbacks is they don't mind being backups... :snoop: So they can cope with it. Indeed, I wouldn't mind keeping any of them as the 2nd choice fullbacks. Just none of them is good enough to be a starter in a top team. :sergio:

    Andrea "Il Bruco Brutto" Agnelli

Attackers of a very high level, best midfields, exceptional central defence duo, best goalkeeper and also his backup... so it gotta be fullbacks that we're going to buy in winter? :xfinger:

    **** ****

Yes we could have kept Trezeguet with that wage. It just doesn't make sense.

    [Serie A] Napul'è 3-0 JUVENTUS (Jan. 9th 2011)

Because we don't have a buyout clause? Pepe deserves to start. He was showing great spirit yesterday and this is what we need.

Primarily RB, and CB sometimes, I've never seen him play LB. He joined spurs in 2008 with 8.5m gbp (i.e. around 10m eur), not played often this season (only 4games according to wiki), 3 years left in his contract, but I guess he's still worth around 8-10m. I would still take him with that price.

What about a RCB/defensive full back just like Sorensen has been playing? Do you think Agger can handle it?

:agree: On the contrary, he mentioned more than once that he wanted to join us and he was annoyed with Wolfs rejecting our offer. Huntelaar also said he can't say no to Juve if there is an offer.

One good thing is he can contribute to our attack with his long shots and he don't need to be too far from his defensive position. But yes, my concern is his defensive ability especially for a left-footed player to cover the right flank.

Yeah, no way we are changing our starting CB's. And Agger is not the Left wingback type that we need. One possible way is to start Agger as the RCB which Sorensen is playing. And let Sorensen be the backup for RCB and also CB.

Giampaolo Pazzini - ST - Milan

Obviously he's not world class but he's an improvement and what I was trying to say is he's not dependent on Cassano. And fact is the number of world class finishers are so limited and there is no Trezeguet or Ibrahimovic or Vieri in the market. Who do you think we should sign to improve our...

Sorry, he can. I would say let's get him in January when his first half season is not so convincing. Give them 8-10M + some youngsters or Iaquinta/Amauri if we can't offload them elsewhere.
