  1. FML, Champions League 2009/2010 FML

I'd do it simply for the fact that it's such an old trick Messi (and Guardiola) might not expect it. Hard to say whether it is better to man-mark Xavi or the strikers. Both could work, so I guess it goes down to the players at the manager's disposal.
  2. FML, Champions League 2009/2010 FML

Santon is a risk due to his age and supposedly injured for the rest of the season. Zanetti isn't a bad idea, but I'd rather play him at left back, have Muntari man mark Messi with Zanetti backing Muntari up. Because Barca has two playmakers, man marking one means more space for the other...
  3. FML, Champions League 2009/2010 FML

That might work if Barca plays with only one of Xavi/Iniesta. If Barca plays them both, I can't see Inter stopping them both (especially when Messi likes to drop deep and help them).
  4. FML, Champions League 2009/2010 FML

I know. Neither is Muntari. I chose him because he likes to get stuck in, he's well built, he usually plays left midfield, and thus is close to Messi (who likes to drop deep), and giving Muntari a purely defensive role doesn't lower Inter's potency on the counter. The prick quality is just...
  5. FML, Champions League 2009/2010 FML

Cordoba has a history of brain farts, so I would probably go with Muntari. He's enough of a prick to kick the shit out of Messi.
  6. FML, Champions League 2009/2010 FML

If I were Mourinho, I would be watching Italy's 1982 WC matches against Argentina and Brazil.
  7. FML, Champions League 2009/2010 FML

Alen, you know all too well Zlatan has a history of choking in big matches. Two examples mean nothing, especially considering that the real crunch matches are only about to come. P.S.: He choked against Inter this season. Guess who they are playing in the semis... EDIT: I apologize, I forgot...

  9. FML, Champions League 2009/2010 FML

Zlatan is a choker, and Manchester is the most organized team in the world. Even if sir Alex was coaching Leeds, he would pose a challenge for Barca.
  10. Kevin Kuranyi - Schalke 04 - ST

I'm not saying he's bad, but we already have Iaquinta, Amauri, Trezeguet, who are better than him (I still think Amauri is a good player having a terrible season), and we also have Immobile, who's supposed to be a good goalscorer (also played 4-2-3-1 with the primavera), and thus I see little...
  11. Kevin Kuranyi - Schalke 04 - ST

If bringing him means we are going to play 4-2-3-1 next season (and thus keeping Giovinco and buying Krasic and Rodriguez), I might even fancy the transfer.
  12. Kevin Kuranyi - Schalke 04 - ST

    :wallbang:
  13. Sebastian Giovinco

He played there against BATE last season and did OK. He's got the speed, he's got the technique, I say we should try him there.

And we get to see the difference between long balls and quick one-touch passing.

    Manninger isn't even angry anymore.
  17. Juventuz LIVE 2009/2010...Best live matches comments ever. Fantastic season.

I wonder how many more long balls it is going to take until our players realize they are a bad idea. Oh, and Gio is on for 5 minutes and we already look like a different team.
  18. Juventuz LIVE 2009/2010...Best live matches comments ever. Fantastic season.

After watching the replay and seeing Sanchez's great off the ball movement behind the defence, control and speed, I realized there is no player on the pitch for us who could do the same.

UEFA should revoke Zac's coaching license.
