[Friendly] Real Madrid 2-0 Juventus [July 30th, 2022]

Lack of concentration and conceding a stupid penalty. That goal was Juve in a nutshell the last years.

    [Friendly] Barcelona 2-2 Juventus [July 26th, 2022]

Cuadrado, the one who usually starts at RB.

    [Friendly] Barcelona 2-2 Juventus [July 26th, 2022]

Dembele destroyed our starting LB for the first goal, then our starting RB for the second lmao. We're in for a long season at both fullback positions.

    Paul Pogba

As important at it is to get off to a good start, I hope they don't rush him back only to have relapses throughout the season. We've seen that before and it'll just make everything even worse. If it's gonna take until October or even longer give him time. It is what it is at this point.

    Paul Pogba

Even United fans laughing at us haha. The risk was there. It’s not a good sign when it happens in preseason, imagine when we play 3 times a week. It’s up to the new people at J Medical to earn their money.

    Paul Pogba

This means Rabiot is definitely staying. I don´t think they´ll spend big on another dynamic midfielder this window.

[Friendly] Juventus 2-0 Guadalajara Chivas [July 22nd, 2022]

The fullback positions on both sides will backfire this season. Sandro/Pellegrini are memes. Cuadrado has lost it defensviely, Danilo brings nothing offensively. Also Zakaria looks lost, hope they find him a role to grow into.

    Adrien Rabiot

I agree with this. The only thing that might work is if the club threatens to put him in the stands which would jeopardize his world cup spot for France. They might already have done it, as it seems weird he´s missing preseason if it´s not transfer related.

    Summer mercato thread 2022-23 season

Good post. I also think it´s a very risky signing for the sums that are being mentioned both in salary and transfer fee. But I guess if we want to get back on top we have to take risks. Haven´t seen too much of Bremer, but in the highlights at least he seems like a player with a no-nonsense...

    Summer mercato thread 2022-23 season

I think Torino should be careful waiting for Inter in case we suddenly pull out and look somewhere else. Then they´ve f´ed up big time. Transfer markets are unpredictable. I do have a feeling though that Bremer, as reported gave his word to Inter months ago, and Torino is just using us to get...

    Summer mercato thread 2022-23 season

I think Inter´s strategy would be to get Torino to wait until PSG up their offer for Skriniar and sell him first before accepting any Juve bid. Or include some youth prospects.

    Summer mercato thread 2022-23 season

Torino is obviously trying to milk this bidding war as long and high as possible. Juve jumped in the race and Torino met with Inter again to try and get them to exceed Juve´s bid.

    Matthijs de Ligt

I don't particularly rate De Ligt, so 80m for him is a good deal IMO. To keep him for another year, pay him the highest salary in the league and sell him next summer for what, 45m? That makes no sense to me when you can get 80 for him now.
  14. JuelzSantana

    Matthijs de Ligt

Did you even read my post? I wrote with Bayern being the only suitor and no other PL clubs or PSG, 80m is a decent price for a guy who wants to leave and is overpaid here. If United, a known overpayer was after MDL we should have demanded 100m yes, but that's not the case. Leicester also...

    Matthijs de Ligt

Everyone here knows De Ligt isn't worth 90m. If we get 80, or even 75+ bonuses it's a good deal. And we get rid of his salary which he hasn't lived up to. With only Bayern interested and no PL clubs or PSG in the picture we aren't getting low balled, it's a reasonable price. Playing hardball...

    Gabriel - CB - Arsenal

Gabriel from what I´ve seen on his day is a good defender but inconsistent. He has lapses in concentration (which is already a huge problem at Juve) and loses his head a bit easy as well. Finished the season poorly too as they let 4th place slip. I want us to get a defender you can trust for...

    Paul Pogba

Hope he returned with the mindset of being a leader and help bring Juve back. If he goofes around like at United combined with subpar performances the fans will turn on him real quick.

    Matthijs de Ligt

De Ligt is overrated AF. I don´t care what he did at Ajax, as a Juve fan he never impressed me here. Poor body control, lacks pace, inconsistent and slow at building up from the back. Too often an accident waiting to happen, I never trusted him in big games. Yes he had his 5-6 game spans were he...

    Paulo Dybala

His ego fucked up his career. He thought he was Del Piero but put in the work of Bendtner. That´s why he´s finished before the age of 30. Hope he ends up at Monza or something.

Ángel Di María - AM RLC - PSG

We still won after Marotta, sacking Allegri for Sarri was the main reason we collapsed. His first year with CR7 we won the scudetto by Christmas and should've beat Ajax if not for the Rugani and Cancelo mistakes. Tici then held the reins with Allegri gone and f'ed us hard the next 2 years.
