Why on earth did we gave him this contract? He was 21 and was coming from 2 good season. No way in hell was he in a position to command such a salary. Usually you see these kind of contracts for players that come for free. But we also paid 85 mil for him. Our management is so dumb.

His salary only increased to 22m gross this year, before it was 13 mil gross. I think even with the 22m gross salary we would have had more bargaining power with another year left on his contract and would have gotten a larger fee in the end.
