No idea how we made this. Worst 90 minutes I can remember from Bayern.

Vidal and Alonso completely shut down the center against BVB. Don't know how having Alonso over Thiago would dramatically weaken us. Our game is simply a little different then. I'm confident with both. Alonso will give us more control.

Alonso shouldn't have too many problems in a home game. Especially when there's no Mandzu or Dybala. Pretty cool we also have Thiago as an impact sub for more creativity in MF. Official line-up. And we don't know the system till the game is running.

Our defense was never better than it looks. Just solid, nothing more. The way we play it's a little more important that the defenders are capable on the ball and the build up is fast enough to constantly put pressure on the other team.

Costa will show his true potential on the right wing hopefully. 2 assisting wingers will also help Lewy. Don't see a huge problem with Robben out. Only that we have less options on the bench.

If that means putting all your speed in the center, please do so. That's where it is crowded. We're usually vulnerable on the wings, not because our wingers are bad but because they play quite centrally. Kimmich was at fault for the first goal due to an amateur error but the second goal was...
