I can't wait to see if FIFA are going to drop Italy further down the rankings after knotching up their sixth consecutive victory :rolleyes:

well thats depend of a lot of factor but except the fact usa are in top10 and the fact AFC / CONCACAF give you too much points by matches (thats would be better with AFC x 0.85 and CONCACAF 0.87 or something, imo only UEFA and CONMEBOL multiplication factors are great) the rankings look great.

The weightings are applied in the form of multiplication factors for teams from the same continent (see below). If teams from two different confederations are involved then the factor applied is the average of the two continental weightings.

For 2003, the following weighting factors will apply:

CONMEBOL x 1.00
UEFA x 1.00
AFC x 0.95
CONCACAF x 0.95
CAF x 0.93
OFC x 0.93

you might wonder why i didnt put Holland well actually thats obvious because they didnt qualify to the world cup and come to think of it they look like they arent qualifying for euro 2004

Good point. And wth are France and Cameroon doing there!? Don't you dare bring up WC98, because Holland came 4th in that, Turkey and the Czechs weren't there, and Spain had a terrible campaign...
