Well there are many!!
R. Baggio, Plateni, Paolo Sosa, Vialli, Zidane, Ferrara, Peruzzi, Buffon, Zambrotta ..etc
BUT for me it has to be Alessandro Del Piero. I am not old so I didn't catch anything before the mid 1980s even the stuff during the mid 1980s were all recorded (I am 22). I started supporting Juve in late 1980s. ~1989 or so. So for me when Del Piero came to Juve in 1993 (~19 years old) he someone to look upto. To see such a player growning up day by day. Scoring goals, winning scudetti and international trophies was a total joy.
Del Piero managed to win (something I featured):
5 scudetti
1 Champions League
2 or 3 Coppa iatalia
2 or 3 italian super cop
1 Intercontinintal cop
Even more, scoring ALOT of memrable goals, polite like no other player, professional, Captain of Juventus, 3rd top Juventus Scorer in hisotry noting that he is an assist striker (hopefully will reach the 180 soon), always talking nice about Juventus, team mates, coaches and managements, talented and just simply a BLAST to see on the field

..
In addition, he grew more in my eye because of two things:
1- Fighting his injuries'
2- Always capable of shutting up his critics who are more than the critics for all players put together. He is just one of those players that the media tried to distroy ... BUT FAILED.. In other words.. he is the anti ronaldo when it comes to media
