Why would Hoori possibly do what she did even before the voting started? Either because she or Janna fucked something up. In either case, Hoori is a C because she wasn't gonna do this as a G, not in 1000 years.

The facts are that Hoori said she didn't receive her role (implying she's a C) and it was later confirmed that she did indeed receive her role.
