So lets see...you're an Albanian and you say this.
I'm a Croat and Croats were always friends with Albanians and we were in war with the Serbs only a decade ago. Barkuss was also fighting against the Serbs.
Cronios is another neutral, a Greek.

Why aren't we so happy with the independence of Kosovo then ? We don't have even a little sense ?

Well I dont know why you aint happy.. And i really dont care.. Sorry.. I aint gonna say, well we Kosovars dident deserve this, just because a slavic member in this forum is saying so!..

We have suffered so much for this.. We have been waiting for this since 1912..
So many have died for this day!.. I really dont care what people come up with.. I know my story, I know what my people have sufferd.. I have family that died in the war!.. I dont have to change my opinion now, or later!

Ok, i obviously can't convince you that ethnogenesis don't work the same way your Albanian teachers have been telling you.

Kosovo's historiography is the youngest in Europe and every young historiography works the same way. It was the same here in Croatia after the brake of Yugoslavia.

All i can tell you that everywhere outside the Balkans, in every single European university, every single history professor will tell you that you're wrong, 100% wrong.

Nothing personal against you and your country. As you said, we don't have to agree on anything here and we just shared our opinion.
I'm really not against Albanians at all. I mean , why should i be.......but what happened two days ago scares the hell out of me because i believe this won't stop here. This was a very dangerous precedent that may easily set the Balkans on fire.
And even though far from the happenings, my country is still a part of the Balkans.
I don't want my kid to grow up in the same atmosphere i was growing up and the others who lived in Bosnia or Croatia were growing up.
That's why i may seem to be against Kosovo. I'm not against it, i'm against what it could lead to.

No one wants a new war.. And im very sure that what happend 2 days ago will one be doing thing better.. People will move on.. There will not be the conflicts that where there before.. Bosnia is independent, Montonegro is and now Kosova also!..

I hope the Balkans will move on, and become a peacefull place to be for everyone... We even changed our flag (to headed red&black eagle) wich ment (still does) the world to us, just to show that we will respect the ethnic goups in Kosova and give them all the rights they should have to live in a democratic country..
