Wishlist thread and all. 
On a serious note I'm aware that players like Di Maria and Lavezzi are pipe dream and we'd need to offload few players, reduce wages, amortization, to get these. But Agnelli the other day said that we might bring a champion if he fits our project; we can spend if it'll pay off in sporting terms, so I'm little more optimistic. Juve being a part of a large holding has its benefits as we don't depend solely on our resources.

I know it's just rumours, but if Mata is available for as little as 15 million €, i really think we should jump on it... He might not fit our profile in 3-5-2 100 %, but he will give us tactical flexibility and he is just so good, even when playing in Chelsea in positions, that are not his favourite, he tears shit up. Also, i would hate to see him going to Inter!
If not this winter, then at least in the summer, i think we should look at players who has potential and quality, but is unsettled in their clubs, as this, as with Tevez, could proove value for money. I will follow the situations with Jovetic, Menez, Lamela, Mata ect. with interest. And about us not being able to spend anything, because we didn't go through in the CL is bullshit, off course we can spend, but our management doesn't take unecessary risks, which is great, because we should benefit from it in the long run. But heck, people seem to worry too much about our short term results (even though they have an impact for sure), even Napoli seem to use around 30 million € this January, and they don't make more money than us, they haven't progressed in the CL either, and they have almost no "Cavani-money" left, so can't blame it all on that.
