If we do switch to a 4-3-3, and I am starting to believe it, we can do with 2 strikers. Our mercato could look like this

In:
Sanchez (25-30m)
Nani(5-10m)
Gabbiadini(5m)
Pereyra(10m)
Adriano(10m)

Out:
Quag
Vucinic
Immobile
Osvaldo

So we would play a 4-3-3 with Tevez and Llorente as the cfs, and you could rotate them between games. Gabbiadini would be brought in to play as a cf in coppa games, and could also play on the wing if Sanchez, and Nani need rest. Adriano would be our starting lb, with peluso and Asa being vice, and Asa also being a back up cm to Vidal or Pogba.

Since Man City are hit with ffp sanctions i believe we'll try to go for Kolarov( @ZoSo)
over Adriano and Lulic.
Im also fairly certain he could be got under 10m plus he allegedly wants to return to Italy anyways.

Bonucci, Llorente and Gio will not leave and Immobile will be sold. We arent bringing back Berardi and Guarin just got a pay increase.
I know. This was my wishlist.

Talking about reality - a few things are locked IMO:

- we'll have to execute our agreement with Udinese, in order to maintain good relations. The deal was to buy Isla's and Asamoah's remaining 1/2 last summer - that's what we did with Asamoah, and Udinese agreed to wait on Isla one more season.
So we'll have to pay like 5/6M for Isla's other half.
- We'll bring Gabbiadini back for 6/7M for his other half.
- We'll sell Immobile and get an income of around 10M for him.
- We'll buy 1/2 Baselli from Atalanta for like 2/3M.
- Quagliarella and Vucinic will leave.

The rest is up for grabs. If we fail to get Sanchez/Nani/Cuadrado, then we'll go for guys like Candreva/Cerci. If we fail to get them, we'll go for Muriel/Ibarbo kind of guys. At least one more will come along with Gabbiadini.

Also I think we'll fail once again to bring a LB. We'll be after Lulic and probably will end up getting him. Conte will try him as a LB.

In the end, if we fail to get Nani/Sanchez, Conte will start keeping 352, and will test 433 more times. But the main scheme will remain 352. Squad may slightly improve, not in terms of quality, but in terms of players with different characteristics, like Gabbia and another winger. But it will be pretty much it. Alexis will be difference maker here.

Adriano, Lulic, Kolarov.. All past 28.. Why not go for younger players?
It's the Italian way... plus Conte is a very conservative coach and always goes for 27/29 established players in Serie A who can play more than one position (so he can move from 352 to 433 if needed).

Do you guys really think that if Pogba wasn't managed by Raiola, he wouldn't have been loaned to Atalanta/Udinese during his first season?

That's how Italy and Juventus do. Napoli, Roma and Fiorentina are starting to think outside the box now.

Or if he had the cash to buy young expensive players,he would've fielded them without any hesitation. Some common sense is needed here.

We've offered him 2.5m a yr reportedly.Lets see if he accepts that.
If he wants to return to Italy,he knows he has to take a pay cut.

Who,Murru? :lol2:
What!!? Is Murru really the only left back under 28 left????

They're not obliged to win the Scudetto so they can build a team for the future. That explains the integration of youth. We're so doomed once Pirlo, Barzagli and Buffon are done..

Do ppl care about this team winning or just happy to see their favorite young prospects claim a starting spot at Juve?
Whether we are doomed or not once our veterans retire is a totally different question but im sure when the time comes,we'll be in a better position to afford players who'd cost more.
I mean srsly u guys need to layoff that FIfa/FM crack.

Big clubs can also develop talented youngsters to a certain extent.

I mean, even fucking Madrid gave Jesé and Morata some playing time this year. Even Casemiro did.

I'm not even going to mention Barça, Bayern, United and others. It's more a confidence question. You don't bring the kid to be the savior and starter. He starts filling the squad and if he shows potential, you let him play when it's convenient.

I wish. I think if he leaves he's gone to Chelsea.

Plus in one way or another these youth investments we've made all this while will work to our advantage.
    So keep calm for now.
