You guys are talking abour Immobile as though he will be our savior. The guy will not get playing time if he came back and how some say he is better than Llorente is laughable. We all know he has no future here so let juve just milk dortmund for all they can get.

I know

He's got talent, he's a great finisher but if the only way we can move to 4-3-3 and buy Sanchez is by selling an unused striker who would be on our bench, then Beppe is a fucking genius. Most other clubs in our position would end up selling a star player.

Immobile is a very good player and maybe he can achieve even more, but in this case we don't have any other option than sell.
I am sorry for the guy because he is Italian and he is from our primavera. I wish him all the best if he will go to Dortmund.

Immobile would either ride the bench hard in a 4-3-3 or be a rotated striker in 3-5-2

In which case his finishing counts for shit considering he'll spend his time flicking it to Licht/Tevez with his back to goal.

I wouldn't mind seeing Immobile get a shot here, he offers something we don't have. But I completely agree that the Dortmund move looks absolutely best for the player himself, he looks like their style of player. So we have to be compensated well considering that.

People would rather bring Immobile back then switch formations and get two wingers like Nani and Sanchez.
For fucks sakes! Quit talking out of your ass!! Who said if we were to bring in Immobile we wouldn't switch formations?!?! Who said Immobile can't play in a 4-3-3 and whatever other variations.

Us being unable to keep our assets is a horrible look and that is exactly what is happening. I am so glad that you are so far away from management, you would've probably sold Pogba, Vidal and whatever else that was asked of you.

If you would stop reading out of your ass you would understand my comment. I said if we don't sell Immobile than we risk the chance of signing two players like sanchez and nani who would allow us to switch to a winger formation. I never said Immobile can't play in a 4-3-3

That's EXACTLY! What I'm talking about, a measly 10mil won't suddently turns us in big spenders.

You can't look at it as 10m. Who said we are just going to hand over half the money? We will find a way to take the majority of the money and hand over some counterparts. 10m going towards Sanchez is way better than bringing in Immobile.

Agreed, nice for my country to finally have a genuinely good player again.
Just rare for Irish players to go to Italy.

Apart from Liam Brady's tenure with you guys back in the 80's, and Robbie Keane's brief spell with Inter.
You're forgetting TIME Magazine's person of the century, Ronnie O'Brien.
