Borriello, Caceres, Nainggolan.

please discuss...
IF we can do that,k fucking amazing.
however i doubt caceres due to his team asking retarded inflated price

Higuain and Benzema both seem like complimentary types as well. Benzema could be more but he needs a motivation boost almost every week.

But then what chances of getting -
-D.Silva
-Hazard
-Shiqiri
-Aguero
-etc

F*k that Giovinco we shoulda pumped him with HGH or something.
1 year on testosterone enathare, dianabol, and trenbolone, and he's roberto carlos physique

its not to late !

We need quality players, Chester. CL means more money, and a higher level of competition. I don't want us to embarrass oursevles.

LB and backup CM in Jan. RWF, ST, and a quality CB to compete in rotation with Chiellini and Barza.

No need to buy 7-8 players. Just 3 top notch quality ones, and promote some of the youth.
Oh cmon,; just now you were beeing sensefull and all, you post this

90 million dept, no way we are getting "wc players"

hence, i'd be extremely surprised if we'd get 1

If Caceres gets his Spanish passport in time, we can acquire both Guarin and Caceres. Otherwise we must search for another LB. However, if we do manage to get both Caceres and Guarin, it'd be a successful Mercato, provided that Conte can mould Caceres into a reliable LB. Caceres is a good utility player, as he is versatile and never stops running.

Caceres and Guarin for the winter, with one of Vidic/Benatia/Hummels, Ramirez or Shaqiri, Jovetic or Damiao, and recalling Giovinco in the summer, and we have a strong squad both in terms of depth and quality. I don't think that's unrealsitc, particularly with CL football. However, I do feel that we will need at least another two years to truly compete in the CL.
but i agree with the last, if we arent bankrupt by then

We are about to spend 32/3 mil (Euro, not Cronios dollars) this month, even with "90 million dept" you keep saying. you :suprise:?

That's the worst thing about the Gio situation. In other sports like AFL, it takes 2-3 years max to legally turn a stick into a tank (without losing speed/agility).

Anyway we should still get the ant back because I can't see management spending the $ to get someone with the same potential.

PSG are trying to recreate the glory days when they had Weah and Ginola; such classy players  :touched:

I don't see how it's impossible for us to make 3 quality signings in the summer. I'm not saying 3 WC players like Suarez, Tevez, Benzema, but rather one marquee signing (and no, Rossi is not a caliber player, so I don't consider his acquisition as anything special), and 2 quality players for CB and RWF (we need an upgrade on Pepe; he disgusts and frustrates me).

Marquee signing: one of Suarez, Jovetic, Ozil, Benzema, Higuain

Quality upgrade for RWF: one of Shaqiri, Ramirez, Gotze

CB (in rotation with Barza and Chiello): Benatia or Hummels

The total cost of these 3 operations should not exceed 60 Million Euros, but will significantly improve and strengthen the squad. It's not impossible as some of you make it out to be.

However, we need to get the right players in January, in order to be able to strengthen significantly in June. A LB and backup CM are a priority now; those deals should've been taken care of before the meaningless signing of the walking STD from Roma.

How has Pastore been playing this season as i don't watch the French league?
he started out very well, maybe influenced by the enthusiasm of the new league/team and need to prove himself, but has been pretty average for the past couple of months or so.
PSG under Kombouare were never really convincing as a team and usually lacked flow and rhythm to their game, mostly relying on straightforward tactics and individual genius to get them thru the games, so maybe that could be used as an excuse for pastore's rather underwhelming overall performance, so far, for a 40+ mil player.
Personally, I never thought of Pastore as somebody who had what it takes to be a leader and seemed a bit too weak physically, as well ... but guess would wait and see how Pastore would be influenced by Carlo's taking charge of the team before casting my verdict on him :D.
All in all, however, he is yet to justify that hefty sum PSG paid for him.

Zamparini: Juve offered €30m for Pastore.
Damn, I wish we got him. Fuck PSG for offering unreasonable amounts of money.
That's really infuriating if true. It's good to know that Marotta actually was at least attempting to bring in a big name last summer, but how can you compete with the Sheikhs when they're throwing money around so carefree :(

I think Naingolan and Pizarro will both come in this window, the latter on a loan with perhaps no obligation. Naingolan Marrone and Pizarro is as good as depth can get. However DC Caceres, Licht, Chiellieni, Barzagli, Bonnucci is way too thin, espesh if Marrotta is considering letting DC go.
