so what has that got to do with marotta not being able to sign aguero? fact is clubs like psg and chelsea have far greater resources than we do.
Forget Aguero ffs, I'm not talking about him!

And I see you missed the whole point. Players make weird choices. Pastore said he prefers to be the focal point in a smaller point rather than another player in a bigger team. So, with this I'm trying to say not every fucking player on earth go straight for the money. Neither will the money (City/Chelsea/Real...) go after every fucking player on earth.

The major factor for us is CL anyway, not money.

And by the way, why aren't Roma and Getafe spending money like the clubs of your examples? By your logic, any owned club will do anything to get any player they want and that's not exactly how the things work...

If Man U considers selling Nani and we then make an offer - Man Shtity will buy him the next day
Put it this way, Juve wont be the only clubs interested, there will be those who will be prepared to offer more than we can at this stage, players like nani, tevez, Aguero etc... will never be short of suitors who can out do us financially this summer at least.

Wasn't Man U interested in Vucinic?
Also there is no 'this summer' term. So far there is ever or never. FFP means nothing if those clubs are in UEFA competitions.

My suggestion was going for potential world class players. You assume the likes of City will certainly make an offer and as they do, they'll not rest until they get the player (even if that mean put the player as the biggest earner on earth...). Just like what they do with real world class players like those guys you talk.

I never talked about Nani, Tevez or Aguero. My suggestion was Hazard, Mata or Jojo and here the only problem we'd have is not being in CL and possibly have to struggle against CL teams (Lille for Hazard and Valencia for Mata included, but then again, some big wages and making them the focal point of our project could have done the job in these cases). And it's not even certain that CL teams would make an offer to beat us...

About Aguero, the only way to get him was sealing the deal before the coppa, but obviously that wasn't Atletico's willingness and Marotta was still waiting for a bargain. City got involved. I can't blame Marotta for that.

I really don't know how the fuck you keep missing people mention players such as Jovetic and Mata, and not those much bigger stars.

just as an aside from all this pointless bickering, between members saying the same things over and over and over again...

Can anyone please update me on the progress for Lugano??? Is it close to done?? Or have we switched our focus towards Alex or Ivanovic?

Are we in active negogiations for any LW presently?

As far as Lugano, he said he'll leave Fener if they are relegated. I assume he'll stay if they stay up. We'll have to wait and see the decision.

LW-part only media reporting that we are closest to Perotti of all the LW we've been linked to, nothing concrete yet.

credit given when its due, marotta has so far on paper addressed some of our problems. but no, because he's not called Moggi people will hate.
We don't hate the guy but Personally i think he's doing just an average work. There is no way to compare him for example with Secco cause that guy was a complete moron, simply an idiot.

I really hope that our signings this summer will turn out to be a great buys and we end up making it to the CL next summer, thats what we all hope for here.
