while the list for juventus youngsters to become serious players in the top flight is actually pretty short. doesn't matter if they stayed at juventus or pursued their career in another place.
We need a reserve team for that to change. Barcelona has a B team in the second division while we don't have a second team.

Demetrio Albertini(works for FIGC now) said that he will implement a reserve team system in Italy.

i'm absolutely in favor of a change the way the youth league works in italy. in switzerland for example there are youth teams (U21) playing in the 3rd division. that way they also need to compete against older, physically stronger and more experienced players at a young age.

It better happen if they want what's best for both their league and national team.

they need to change their mentality about young players too. get them to play earlier, even if they commit mistakes. i don't want to get back to del neri discussions, but the way he handled sorensen was wrong. he only played in times of biggest emergency and then was dropped for the remainder of the season. how should he stay positive when being benched after some solid games.

Dude, they have always brought up players from their youth team to compete. Guardiola, Sergi, Albert Ferrer, Guillermo Amor, Puyol, Gerrard, Gabri, et cetera, the list goes on and on.
yep true, players they bought when they were 15-18 can totally count as "their youth team"

and yeah its completely normal that on top of that they spend millions and millions on older players aswel in the later years.

before 2005, it was barshit instead of manshit in therms of trowing cash around

and yes, i'm getting tired of talk how great barcelona is, its about time Mou shuts them up and nails the treble next season

Inler: Pozzo will content you. Won't put obstacle to join Juve.

sooner we complete inler's move the better, all this stuff about milan making a move for him is making me nervous, and i recon inter will come sniffing soon after they pulled out for fernando who could be off to lyon for 25 mill
