barcelona ? everyone probably forgot that they were making record depts and bought numerous players each year untill 2005

then they got the ronaldinho/deco generation and won the championsleague

after that, they radically changed their style, and instead bough all promising young players, and shaped them in their youth centre to fit into the first team.
its why they all fit that good

if the board says they want to mirror the barcelona systhem, they actually mean that last, shape youngsters to fit into the positions that the fist team plays
small detail is that you need to establish a formation and not fire your coach every year, and next buy new coaches who play diffrent tactics

Can we raise money for this transfer market, seriously, is it legal? how we can give money to this transfer market?
of course its possible. just like every other publicly traded company we can make a seasoned equity offering. in short means we give more juventus shares to the market and receive money for this. juve then uses this money in the way they think it is appropriate.

Dude, they have always brought up players from their youth team to compete. Guardiola, Sergi, Albert Ferrer, Guillermo Amor, Puyol, Gerrard, Gabri, et cetera, the list goes on and on.

while the list for juventus youngsters to become serious players in the top flight is actually pretty short. doesn't matter if they stayed at juventus or pursued their career in another place.
