@Fab Fragment Your plan is good, except it sucks. so let’s circle back to my idea which is way better
Sorry I don’t understand. Can you forward me your notes and an executive summary so I can shoot it up the chain? Pop something in my diary so we can discuss and then I’ll circle back once I have an answer from the C-Suite on that view. Then, after we draft up a response paper, can you put some notes into a dozen or so slides, chuck together some minutes, and I’ll talk to Cristiano so he can book John in on our thoughts.

Once he’s across it we just need to brief the team on our view, put their responses in a spreadsheet and summarise the feel in the room, sense check that with the group seniors, put that into the draft PowerPoint once it’s got feedback from the relevant senior stakeholders, and finally put it into the next quarterly meeting for the executive. Once they approve it’ll just be a matter of you getting the top line info into a presentation and touring it around the various monthly team updates so everyone’s across it and making sure you monitor feedback with a bi-weekly checkin for the first six months.

This is my life, basically.

I doubt Jungtoli even knows how to create a Powerpoint.

I think he has way more killing instict and better finishig than vlaho. Maybe i'm saying this because i'm slovenian...but all the best players missed chances like this at the age of 21. Vlahovic have a problem in his head and that is something that he cant recover from.

Another slovenian here, I agree with Brny44, seems like Sesko is mentally very strong. He recovered really well after the chance he missed against Portugal in the overtime at Euros. Plus he's a workhorse and has an insane engine. I would compare him to Tevez, literally, he covers so much ground, it's insane.

You guys have an amazing country btw. Visited Slovenia last month and enjoyed Bled, Skocjan caves, Soca river and many other. Went canyoning first time in Susec, was a blast. Also beer fountain in Zalec

Thank you, we are proud of it.
@BetterCallSaul is also one of us.

Sesko is probably the next haaland, as a juventus fan I feel sad that he will probably end up in psg, bayern or united but as a slovenian I wish him to end up here. There is only one question can we get rid of vlahovic...

how's his first touch, protecting the ball and play with the back to the goal technique?

Im not watching any leipzig games (exept yesterday's) but in national all the balls go through him. I wont say he is the best at any aspect but I will say that he do what you expect from the top striker. The most I like is his grinta and jumps to retrieve the ball. He is the mixed type of morata and haaland.

From little seen of him is pretty technical and well rounded ball skills for big guy (he is huge). Decent touch and passing.

Only doubt I have about him is if he can be main guy scorer for a top club, prolific predator, and not mainly a complimentary quality attacker type.

His overall game is really nice so don't think any prospective big club doubts him in that. They probably waiting to see a more consistent scoring streak before they make him their big CF signing.

He been rumoured to Man U, Arsenal, PSG past season. It's just matter of time til he takes that next step.

Šeško sounds a lot like Džeko.

    im in

Besides name and that you are totally gay for Dzeko :D

its not bad comparison actually, his style is similar, except he seems more athletic and faster then Dzeko (who was a snail).

Here's decent clip, not highlights showing only best parts, but just a random channel that clips last 50-100 shots of strikers, and this from last season, shows finishing style/cability (he almost allways shots at first touch):

    I was wrong

    I admit it.

We don't need 11 new players.

    We need a new coach!

A brave mofo who will get in there and do what it takes! Someone with experience and coaching knowledge.
