Mata has been starting recently and has picked up form, he has been assisting and/or scoring in each of the past 6 games I believe...hard to imagine Utd will let him go out on loan

Winter mercato: Praet, Lacazette, Tello

Lets do this
Praet is a good player, a AMC that can play on the left or as MC.
He is young, but he has improved big times last 1.5 season.
He works hard for the team, does his defensive duties, isn't the high scoring midfielderr, 5-10 goals/season is his max, but combined with 10-15 assists what should be do-able, I think he could be a good signing for us.
He is no Zidane or Nedved, but if he can keep growing for us as he has been doing in the last 1.5 season at Anderlecht, I think he surely is Juve material.
In the CL he showed to be on the level of Arsenal and Dortmund, he even impressed Klopp, and he has seen some good players the last few years.

How realistic is a January transfer you say?
Not really, I think his realistic value is approx 7.5-10 MEuro.
Anderlecht is in no financial problems and already stated several times that if a starter player would be leaving, it would be for triple the amount of his current value.
So unless Anderlecht signs a replacement (they are looking into the possibility of bringing back Boussoufa), I don't think he will be leaving Anderlecht in January and thus, a summer deal for him seems more realistic.
Maybe signing him but loaning him back to Anderlecht until the summer can be negotiated, but a permanent transfer in January won't happen IMO.

Do you think that Juve is a realistic destination? Has he said anything about his future?

He hasn't said that much really, when asked about the interest of Dortmund, he said he knows that they are interested and that that would be a great team to play for in a great league, but since he hasn't been asked in public about Juve, I have no idea how he would feel about a move towards Juve/SerieA.

I think that it is good for the image of SerieA in Belgium that Nainggolan is doing so well and that he is currently getting some well deserved attention in Belgium, makes SerieA more visible in Belgium.
I also think he would suit the SerieA with his playing style.
