Ah damn, hope it's a super central location. I pay 565 euros a month for 3 bedroom apartment. Used to have one that's similar price range to yours, not worth double the fee just for being next to noisy down town.


Rent out my own apartment I bought for double of that so it's plusvalenza thankfully lol.

Not really but its cheaper than everything else that is decent.

Basically affordable housing is extinct in any decent part of the Bay Area thanks to the influx of people making six figures working for tech companies.

You can either pay through the nose for rent or get something affordable rentwise and just buy a bullet proof vest.


If I were smart I would move to Colorado. Pay less than half in rent, live somewhere outside Boulder (nice city), go hiking in mountains, spend weekends in the City and shoot ground squirrels off the back porch with an assault rifle. But I'm too much of a pussy to start over where I don't know anybody
