My cellular provider has cut off my line & it's taken over an hour for them to give feed back to my query, the best part is that i got cut off just as we were getting somewhere.

That sucks and sounds like something Rogers would do. Actually they did that to me when I wouldn't update my phone. Every time I made a call they directed me to their help center and they blocked my texts/calls until I updated.
