Today is my last day on this project and with this firm!! :weee:

It's been a little over 3 years here and you guys have no idea how good it feels to not give a fack and not having to worry about it. Whats funny is that the client is not too happy with me except for a few people who I am close to here. Primarily because I didn't give them 2 weeks notice, instead I gave them a nice 4 day notice hahaha. I know some of you may think its unprofessional but I have my reasons behind it, primarily because I have a new townhouse to move into within the next 2 weeks and I have a wedding to plan which is in 3 weeks. I needed this time off. But my logic behind the 4 day notice was because as a consultant/contractor a client can come to you and tell you that tomorrow is your last day. What kind of notice is that? Its a double standard and by no means is it unprofessional if the client does it. Well I say fuck that, and here is my way of sticking it to them.

Good call Druboy! On my last day at work in any company I'd wear a Cartman T-Shirt saying "Screw you guys, I'm going home" :D

Waise babhi ko leke India zaroor aana. I'll throw a dinner party for you guys :smile:
