Van der vaart's face when Zlatan scored that amazing goal two years ago for Ajax sumed it all up.
Almost in disgust as everybody else was excited and awed by Zlatan's goal.

They really don't get along, they are competitors on and off the pitch and they don't like to share the spotlight with each other. vdv definately not coming, although to much regret.

It's not nearly as bad Zlatan and Mido though.

(For those who do not know: Mido and Zlatan played together at Ajax. Because Ibrahimovic was the striker Mido had to play on the left, much to his annoyance. At some point he threw a pair of scissors at Zlatan. He was kicked out of Ajax because of that.)

It was in the dressing room. Mido is the biggest waste of talent ever, he was even better then Zlatan in the 2001/2002 season. But since he has played with Sevilla, Marseille, Roma and now Tottenham without much success.

My most memorable memory of Mido is him hitting the bar from an overhead kick from outside the box...the kid was class.

It was a great suprise that Van der Vaart wasn't transfered to a "bigger" club. I have thought whole Europe wanted to have him and then he moves to HSV
There he's making a great job and his fee will raise and raise.
