First of all, i'm sorry for opening new thread without permission.
But one question still baffle me a lot until now. Is someone ever see the UEFA Plaque or Targa UEFA?
The only photos i got is this

Based from the wikipedia, the plaque description is:
The award consists of a rectangular silver plaque on which are superimposed three trophies that represent the tournaments mentioned, above a laurel wreath and the European football government body badge. Also, the plaque have the following inscription:
“ Tribute
The UEFA to Juventus F.C.
First club having won the three international UEFA club competitions

So anyone can provide additional information or any close up photo of that mysterious plaque? This plaque needs more exposure, information and documentation. So any neutral fans know our unique achievement in the europe.
