Sure is.

Bonucci-Alex-Chiellini

Would be very solid.
it would be a friggin disaster, the way bonucci gets sucks out wide to cover the errors of motta, chiellini at times too gets sucks out wide, so Alex vs the attack? just forget any idea of a 3 man defence, we tried it, it failed, and as far as im concerned zaccheroni is a far better manager than mazzari was and will ever be

It's from two weeks ago and I'm sure it was posted earlier, but

Marotta concedes they may be priced out of moves for the likes of Tevez, Lazio striker Mauro Zarate, Michel Bastos of Lyon and Brazilian starlet Neymar, who is also reportedly being tracked by the likes of Chelsea and Barcelona.

Juve are still considering their transfer targets and Marotta admits he is a fan of players such as Modric and Lazio right-back Stephan Lichtsteiner.

"Lichtsteiner? We like him. Modric? He's an interesting footballer but we are following many players.

"€15million for Michel Bastos? No, we deal on smaller bases.

I got pooped on earlier just for mentioning Modric, whom I adore. Well maybe not pooped on but some farting in my general direction. I'm officially stepping away from the Bastos bus stop if Modric is really on the radar, which is not an impression I get from this art lol. What would Modric cost us just out of curiosity if €15million is out of the question?

I hate 3 man defense.
Seconded

:agree:

Three man defense needs center backs to be comfortable on the ball with both feet, comfortable about going into wide positions to defend and neither we have those type of players.

We'll meet with Aguero's agent soon.
Oh boy. :D

What is this I hear about Liverpool offering to swap Aquilani for Melo? Now they're just pissing me off.

Guy has played both wing positions (mostly left tho) and plays LB for Brazil. He can defend, help possession, cross and score, and he can play at Krasic's pace. But I'm not talking about Bastos in the abstract, as if I'd take him over Kun or Hazard. I'm talking about Bastos for us, where we are now, looking at what we've been paying for guys. Once you guys identify a better talent that would come here I'll gladly jump ship. I know we have lots of needs but I don't want to get a whole bunch of £6-10m guys and have another season like this one.

http://www.kopsource.com/liverpool-consider-e17m-michel-bastos-swoop/

Obviously £18 is a lot more than €17m but it's not a grand canyon kind of gulf. £18m is opening bid, we'll chat about it right? (I've also read the offer is €15m, not £18m.) Guy is not an £8m player like some dudes here are saying I don't think; Liverpool forums have guys saying they'd pay £15m for him. I mean obviously we're never going to get anything back for him but we need to get back to UCL, like rightnow, whatever we pay to get there pay it, unless there's someone else better you can pay. Don't just say no because it's above abstract market value.
Liverpool aren't going to buy Bastos as a left back. Liverpool are not going to swap Melo for Aquilani. What's more likely to happen is the deadline will run past and Juve will lose the first option on Aquilani. At that point the market will determine his price.

Well as soon as I heard about meeting Aguero's agent I forgot about everything else. €35m, I would spent that much Agnelli money for Kun.

Anyway the moment Bastos said "No player can turn down the Juventus shirt" he became my favorite Brazilian next to Melo. That to me is worth €15m of Agnelli money. Seriously though that doesn't make your heart warm? I'll wish Bastos well wherever he goes, for saying that. Not many seem to say things like that, these days.

Kuhn would be a good pick up for any team.

Bastos is a good player, he's just not a left back. He played there for Brazil, but probably shouldn't

His quote doesn't really do much to my heart as I'm not a Juve fan.:D
