nice little summary on how the recent qatargate might influence the superleague case within the eu. tl;dr: this guy from the 2nd tweet is in charge of the promotion of the european lifestyle (yes, a guy is paid for that, and among other responsibilities, there's sport too), and he comes across as your typical corrupt bureaucrat who's willing to take whatever bribe he's offered. and of course he's pro uefa. watch him potentially fall and his downfall might potentially influence uefa's monopoly in football (which is a joke in first place, many sports already have multiple organizations managing different competitions, see basketball euroleague or tennis grand slams)
