A fair swap with Inter:

Davids in exchange for Appiah and Montero (is that enough, or should we give them Iuliano too ??)

BRING THE PITBULL BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vin, that is plain non-sense....
for what in the hell do we need Edgar now???? Emerson has demostrated that he is as good or better than Davies, at least as defensive midfielder...
Bring him back now, near the end of his career will mean a high salary and willl give us more harm than good...Much better if we send him to Florentino Perez, he will rotten situation inside Real a little bit more.....

Since Juve will probably be unloading some defenders, and inter needs some better ones, so an easy swap would get Davids at no extra cost. But still, Edgar would most likely have to take a pay cut.

.....Appiah for Davids? why dont we give Buffon instead? I respect him as our ex-player, but he abandoned us and I dont think his arrival will do anything great to the squad

He was one of my icons, but leaving for Barca and Inter instead of lower his salary and make new contract with Juve, I see him as a traitor. I think Juventus does too. We can simply forget about this. Even if he's a great player. Davids - Emerson would be the worlds greatest inner midfield for a couple of years ;)

an inform davids would be great next emerson. imagine that midfield, boosting players like davids, emerson and nedved...world class imo. however, at davids' age and after the trouble he caused, it would seem silly on moggi's behalf. i think with blasi, we have the right balance in midfield as it is. Appiah is playing okay as well.

i think other areas should be looked, if its midfield, maybe look at a creative player to help the team out.

    Zlatan Trez
    Nedved Emerson Davids Camo
    Zambro Canna Thuram Zebina
    Buffon

We would have two DM:s with excellent ballwinning skills, but one with good playmaking abilities, and both of em shoot good from distance. I for one would't mind. :)

You know what, why don't we just buy Nuno Maniche. I mean he would give us a lot more than Davids, and he would be a new face too. His passing is exquisite, his tackling is sound, and he can basically do it all in midfield. He would also add more creativity to the side.
