Well, Semin and Ovie both play there and they are (together with Malkin) the players who got me into hockey. I think the first time I watched hockey was the World Cup 3 years ago, Ovechkin was mezmerizing.
Cap suck this year pick another team to watch. Detroit, pitts, boston (if you like rough dirty hockey), vancouver, san jose list goes on all better

firstrowsports.eu shows all hockey all be it at a horrible quality.

CBC.ca shows saturday games for free but those are mostly Toronto, Montreal, Calgary and VAncouver.

I used to know more but the truth is my tv is loaded with hockey hockey hockey it finds me before i find it

You're not supposed to choose a team simply because they're winning, man!

Choose Boston if you like rough, dirty hockey? Get the fuck out of here... :p

Pick Boston if you like tradition and if you're interested in supporting a group of young, very talented, physical players, who play a gritty north/south (Read: North American) style of hockey. :D

Hockey is supposed to be a physical game!

Yes hockey is a physical game just think Boston goons it up a bit. I don't choose a team because their winning or the play well. I've been a Leaf fan all my life and it hasn't been fun.

Let's be honest. Boston goons it up a lot.:D
Hockey is funny though. Scott Stevens is in the Hall of Fame. A guy who took out two superstars who were never the same (Kariya and Lindros). Also, if he was in the game today... well he couldn't even play in todays game.

Lucic loves to run into goalies and goons it up on the regular

I love it when the Caps lose. It keeps the Redskins fans in their place.
:D

It's gotten to the point where I'm roooting for the Hurricanes, Oilers, and Islanders
I remember that feeling, buddy. Hopefully they fire Gauthier ASAP, and have a good draft. Montreal still has some nice pieces to work with, I think they could bounce back next year. I never expected the drop off, after such a great 7 game series last year.

Also, the Oil are a pretty damn fun team to watch. They're a playoff team, starting next year - no doubt in my mind. Unless they pull some monumentally stupid moves, Edmonton is going to be a contender for a long time.

Sorry buddy, I just noticed you said 'find another team to watch' and not 'find another team to cheer for'. I grew up in Kingston, most of my close friends are Leafs fans... so I'm very familiar with your suffering :D

As for the Bruins being goons, BAH! They play to their strengths, obviously physical domination is a big part of that.

I suppose I just generally find that fans are going a little soft these days, because of all the concussion issues. Change the damn equipment already, so that these guys aren't decked out head to toe in bullet proof polymers and fucking kevlar.
