On that note, what do we think about the prospect of the All-Star game being US vs World? It'd obviously be a close match now, at least the first 5 are clearly in World's favour but evens out more over a roster.

The list is alot longer then this for who he mentored. Had a long list of possibilities (Budenholzer and Mike Brown are both free agents), but they seems to settled for Mitch Johnson.
Hope it works out for them. I assume will change coach when they get into contender territory in next two years.
Best younger choices would been Udoka or Will Hardy. But they are taken for the foreseeable future.
