Hi all,

What do you think of going to TAR? What would you expect from them? Are their any risk of heavier punishment if we went there? When could we expect the verdict?

Please discuss these issues especially Italians who know how their system works.

Thanks and FORZA JUVE

Messina wait on Juve lawyers Saturday 19 August, 2006

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Messina aren’t celebrating their Serie A status yet, as Juventus could drag their legal battle on to delay the start of the season.

The Sicilians were put back into the top flight following Juve’s demotion in the Calciopoli scandal and yesterday the failure of the CONI conciliation with the FIGC made that switch a step closer to completion.

“The Bianconeri still have the option of going to the TAR tribunal,” pointed out Messina President Pietro Franza.

“If they choose not to, then we can really start celebrating. At that point our plans for the campaign would change, even if our budget remains the same.”

Messina are well aware that this matter is not over yet, as Juventus President Giovanni Cobolli Gigli has already confirmed they are investigating legal options that include the TAR and European Court of Justice.

The Serie A and B seasons have been delayed until September 9, so the fixture lists will be drawn up on August 30, but even that could be scrapped.

If Juventus continue their legal battle and win the right to have their Serie A status restored, then it would throw both Leagues into chaos
