4-3-3 is much more exciting to watch. We created a lot more chances in attack compared to 4-4-2. I wonder if Capello would opt for 4-3-1-2 instead.

Well, technically, Capello used a form of 4-3-2-1, with del piero and zlatan on the flanks helping out the main striker trezeguet, and I think, with that inverted, (1-2 instead of 2-1), not much would be changed within the tactic and could fit Nedved in, but 2 strikers have to sit on the bench, because:

-zlatan is in amazing form, all he needs is to score goals and he'll be great.
-zalayeta is a hero, and is hardworking.
-trez, our goalscoring machine, is back.
-Del Piero is starting to get some form back..

I'm sure glad I'm not capello right now.. :D

Trez is injured again, and will miss the Reggina game, that's y I suggested the 4-3-1-2 system, with DP and Zlatan both starting and Zala on bench.

trezeguet is injured again?? what is it this time?

so a 4-3-3 can still be used but with maybe zalayeta, or a more daring zlatan, del piero with nedved behind them type setup.

then in midfield we could have blasi, emerson and camoranesi in midfield which would probably be best in the first leg in england.

Surely we can do without tacchi, but if blasi continues as he played yesterday and as a sub. we will have only appia h it ain't funny.

As to the ban imo ronaldo should have been given more severe ban, but he is only ronaldo.

Anyone knows if any of the team appealed against the ban? (they had this right)

lol. I think what Tacchinardi did was really good. Looking at Ronaldo's grin when he was on his way to the changing-room was priceless!!

:D FORZA TACCHINARD
