Two miles wide, pretty sure a military jet crosses that space in less than ten seconds, yet Turkey claims they warned the pilots "ten times" in two minutes. That definitely doesn't add up.
What I'm really liking right now is the rhetoric from NATO leaders - Russia had this coming because they're bombing "moderate rebels" and backing Assad, while no-one mentions the elephant in the room, that Turkey is bombing the Kurds and allowing ISIS to smuggle people, oil and antiquities through their country, and probably is the main buyer of ISIS oil.
Erdogan thinks he's fueling his imperialist dreams, but Russia is a bear you don't want to poke.
