Can literally anybody tell me why it's always Juve that avoids starting new players quickly at all costs?
You know the answer yourself, but obviously are too stubborn to accept it. The old guard is supposed to already have an understanding. Do you want to play costa and bernadeschi from the start and risk many misplaced passes, because nobody nows each others running lanes ? of course you would like to have the old guard start and establishing something like a playing rythm and then introduce new players into something working. this is not a kick in the park with random dudes playing together.

bringing bernadeschi earlier was a no go because we saw that he basically did not train a minute before we purchased him. his first game for us was showing that he has the skill but was out of breath after 15 minutes already.
