Agresti on VS:

- Rudiger's requests to date: 4 yr contract, 10-11m net with 20m commission
- Someone mentioned the new tax law and how the salary would be cheaper for us, Agresti said he spoke to his Barca sources and they said they're interested but they cannot go above 6-7m net for any player. Agresti thinks it is more a question of commission than salary for us
- Rudiger still has Chelsea as priority
i have no issues when a player is asking for a high salary. they have a short career and if someone is willing to pay what they ask for then it's all right. but we shouldn't be that dumb to play along. he's not that special at all.

Hope we are not that dumb to pay that. Following Paratici's departure there's some hope for that. I was never impressed with Rudiger in the first place to be honest

Well if it would be 5or even 7 m net and that commission I would be okay, but that salary and this signing on fee is stupendous.
Have a feeling though that we are going big this window, wonder if we go for Pogba too.

What happened to the Cristante thread from a few years ago with all the typical fapping and overrating of another Italian super talent

He is MAX the 6th choice, if even that. Italy's midfield is leagues better than ours and you know it. You should be praying every night that we have such players. Your continual spamming about Italian players while supporting the premier Italian club is very bizarre and self-defeating.
6th choice? compare him to the 5th or 6th choice of the other top nations and tell me Cristante comes remotely close to them

12m gross for us would be 9.5m net for Rudiger. Give him and agent a 12-15m signing fee between them and get it done.

I was not his biggest fan in the past, but since Tuchel came he has really played at an elite level. We absolutely need a good CB and unless we have 40m at least (plus money to reinforce midfield and attack) there are no better options than Rudiger (other than maybe Bremer but he seems almost done to Inter).

France have Tolisso, Tchouameni, Camavinga, Veretout, Guendouzi
England have the likes of Mount, Bellingham, Grealish, hell even Conor Gallagher

most if not all of the names above I'd have over freaking cristante already.
That's 5 and 4.

Verratti, Barella, Jorginho, Locatelli, Tonali, Pellegrini, and then maybe you have Cristante. So my mistake, 7th. He is a fringe player and will likely quickly be supplanted within the next two years. Might as well refuse to sign Portuguese players too while you're at it because Joao Mario exists.

Please list some for me.
Bro. Have you not heard of Terrence Sheepskin for England, Gonzalo Vilar for Spain and Dietmar Schweiny for Germany? They're all great prospects. Also, let's not forget Abdullah Maurice for France and Dean McMoist for Scotland.

De Ligt - Rudiger partnership is just perfect. I'd take Rudiger over Bremer anytime.
Tbh, I wouldn't. Bremer is a beast and he's younger. You've also got to consider the commission and salary. Sure, we'd need to pay Toro a transfer fee, but in terms of amortization and long term costs it's a no brainer.

Badass legit thinks Barella is a jabroni because Beppe signed him. Dude probably thinks our coaches ruined the great Rabiot, who would be a star under a non-Italian coach :lol3:
