For the record, Higuain is fine with his pressing the CBs and starting the defensive action. He is ok when dropping back to help the mids but that's not his mandate. He is always to stay high and pin the CBs.

It's Dybala that does absolutely nothing defensively. But this is just one of the many reasons he shouldn't be near the midfield. He would be better with 9 players behind him and he can focus on just using his sprint to press CBs and then walk back onside.

have you guys seen Dybala and Higgy? not only do they not track back, they walk around the pitch. they sometimes jog after a defender and thats it
Sorry Zizi that's not true at all. Higuain works his ass off. He actually ran more than Mandzo last season. Even Dybala works pretty hard off the ball, but understandably much less than Higgy as he is constantly involved in our attacking build-up.

they do sometimes, but they dont more often than they do. i dont know how many times when the opponents are with the ball infront of our midfield ive caught myself glimpsing to the right/left side of the screen, to see the 2 standing there and watching, or sometimes not even be seen on the screen. and im not even talking about Serie A

It's mainly Dybala. Max wants Higuain to stay on the last man. Higuain wastes his sprint to press the keeper or CBs ahead of Dybala.

If Berna was playing Dybala's position, you would see him running around a lot more. Dybala is in no way a CAM.

That's why we'll lose every final. We'll sit back and wait to concede 3 goals. Then we'll go attack, balls deep, outplay them and score 2. Then we'll blame the ref because he extended 2 instead of 3 minutes.
This is annoying to be honest.
Thats whay i want us to have a supreme midfield... to not be obliged to witness us waiting for team to smash us to pieces to THEN react when they get tired of scoring against us.

Most stupid way of playing since forever.

You make it sound like we're getting Icardi and losing a guy like Vidal. We'd lose Higuain and get Icardi. There's a lot more potential for the upcoming year, we wouldn't feel the Higi absence.

Still, I'd even prefer to sell Higuain if that means landing SMS. Then we can play more aggressive and actually attack the opponent and not only press when we lose 2-0. Roma demolished Barca this year and they had a far worse team. Allegri would never go through there, because he'd sit back and wait for mistakes.

And no, I'm not saying Allegri sucks. And no, I'm not saying we should get Roma's coach.
Bolded. Exactly , for the love of god. Its so difficult to understand this? Why we neeed to wait to get banged to react? This way the story of our lives in the CL this season. Pure cowardice.

Lel, what about he preferred madrid news just a page ago?

SOmeone is lying :D

I really dont like him as a CAM to be honest. He hesitates way too much and is not exactly fast. His best plays come when he receives the ball near the box and does a swift layoff for an assist, or finishes the play himself.

Yeah but that happens with every single striker at times. It's not like you have other strikers sprinting back every single time. Both of them logs big distances each and every game. There is no way you can call either of them lazy.
