Iaquinta was good and useful. Modric was playing in fucking Croatia at the time and an unknown quantity. Even struggled at spurs to begin with

Hindsight is a wonderful thing I could dig up so much shit on what others said back then too
But you're the only one who would say something like this:

You'll find that I've been right with more than I've gotten wrong which so far would be Sanchez mino

One time on liveleak i saw a video of a syrian regime sniper who had been shot by rebel forces. He was still alive but too gravely injured to fight back or really move much.

The rebels proceeded to stab him with him with various implements, sever limbs etc it was brutal and all he could do was lay there moaning in agony. He was finished but still alive and i remember thinking just kill the poor fucker already goddamn. Just mercy kill him already.

I havent thought about that in years until i read alen vs. Badass on the previous page

Why?

In 2006 you were scouting young players:
19 years old Messi, 19 yo Fabregas, 24 yo Zlatan, 22 yo Tevez, 23 yo Paro and 22 yo Palladino.

You concluded that Messi is overrated, that Paro is better than Fabregas, that Baiocco is a better striker than Zlatan, that you definitely wouldn't take Tevez in Juve and that Palladino is/will be a goal machine.

12 years later, when all these guys are in their 30's, we can give the final words on their careers and we can judge your scouting skills. We still can't judge your scouting reports from 2017, because those guys still have their careers ahead of them.

You want me to do 2007 and 2008?

Wrong. Try again. We haven't seen enough of either Pjaca or Mandragora to make that decision; also, Chiesa hasn't accomplished shit yet. He could turn out to be another Berardi. Cuadrado, Costa, Berna, and of course Dybala are currently far superior; we don't need Chiesa.

Baggio takes morning shits with more potential than Chiesa :baus:
I rate Chiesa higher than Bernadeschi as far as potential goes. One of the brightest young Italian players imo. His ceiling is higher than all our current wingers imo, though of course players often never reach their potential so who knows how he turns out in the end. He's certainly not worth 80mil right now, and would be surplus to our current needs considering we are more than covered on the wings. Rather we spend that money on our midfield and fullback positions.

Swap Berna for Chiesa. That way we escape the terrifying and creepy gender-fluid Bernaguti. @DAiDEViL :klin:

Nobody would be on his case if he wasn't like "I'm so good at scouting player potential, I rarely get any wrong!".... and if he wasn't Badass.

Actually it's people like you that get on my case saying that every player I rate is suddenly bad because you only seem to remember the bad cases from 12 years ago rather than the better ones from 6 years ago
