Can't see Chelsea make a formal offer for Higuain as long as they still have 3 strikers (Giroud, Morata, Batshuayi) for 1 position.

We have to hope that Atletico or Marseille sign Giroud or BVB signs Batshuayi as rumoured. Or ironically Milan signs Morata.
