Not really. There is a complicated system for the maximum amount of non-EU slots in a team. Haven't gone through the details, but its even more difficult to get players that don't have a lot of NT appearances. The limits are imposed in order to promote the development of Italian talent, but either we will see the product in 10+ years or it will be repealed.

I think what teams do now is sign their 2 non-EU players in the summer, then if they want to get an advantage on one for next season they sign the third player in January, loan him to smaller domestic club, then register him next season to their squad, where he then counts as a foreign player moving from a fellow Serie A club, so doesn't count against the quote.

Referring to the current transfer programme being conducted by Juventus, it is beginning to look like there is less of a likelihood of a "big name" signing by the end of the tfr window and that there is, conversely, every chance of at least one, probably two of our key core players will be sold to Chelsea and others.

Tevez quit professional football for family reasons to play in the argentina amateur ligue. Vidal wanted out. Pogba wanted out. Currently all players have said they want to stay at some point.

Yeah but the thing is, we really need a classy cdm that defends the box and domminates the midfield
Sanchez is fine if we play a 3man midfield and we want the role that vidal played in his most offensive times. But he's not defensive. And thats what we need.
