We're def in a tough spot and I think it's because we were overreaching in our targets. We wanted top targets; Juve quality like Calafiori, Todibo or Koopmeiners. But it's not the reality we live in and as our sales didn't go fast enough (apart from the young guys) we couldn't buy them, although they wanted to come. We'll always have that pull but we need financial stability first and foremost. And it will take time. Until then we'll have to settle for some (not all!) gambles and utility players as well.
Right now, we need Koop and Gonzalez or at least a similar quality winger + 2 more backups. Anything less will be a failure in terms of feeling and probably sporting results too.
