Thuram and Samardzic are the only two names I'd say we truly missed out on. Fortunately for us, they're still at their current clubs, so perhaps we can target one or both next season, with a proper coach and CL football to offer.

I doubt it's gonna happen. Not enough time to complete an international transfer.

Yes he's more a b2b, but versatile enough to play in front of the defense. He was used as a regista in the US tour.

Di Maria was on the right IIRC so left on the expense of the right side is what I meant.
Weah and Cuadrado - Cuadrado was more of a creator so it looks like we are weakened but we need to also take into considerations that Cuadrado was declining so the gap isnt that big in this regard.
We improved (at least it seems so) on the left as we got Cambiasso.
Basically however we look at it - Our team didnt improve but stayed the same more or less.
Berardi who isnt my favorite was linked and it made sense as we need to improve the right side as well but now it seems like we are going to stay as we are.

Yap, Its even worse than I thought. Now not only they are talking about a low price, they also say it can be on loan with option so they could use him for one year and then decide against it as he will get older.

I dont know. Chiesa is a CF lately which means we have Kostic and Illing. While I really appreciate Illing`s talent I dont think he is currently as good as Kostic.
I understand that we pick him over Kostic due to potential and our intention to keep him rather than lose him to some EPL club so soon.
The only regret I have regarding Illing is that he doesnt play in an attacking Juve. His style means he can be twice as good should we change our gameplan.

Poor Mercato, but at least we saved our three stars. - Bremer, Chiesa and Vlahovic. However, the team and Alegri needs to do some magic to get top 4 finish this season. Top 3 teams are clear - Napoli, Inter and Milan. So us , Roma or Lazio for last spot. Roma have another great mercato and have better team than ours. Let’s see what will happen!
