u can only be disappointed if ur expectations were high, for me this was mercato when we had to make sacrifices and sacrificing only Rovella is probably the best option.
I still think we should sell Kean and McKennie and buy proper RWB (cant understand the decision to let Cuads go, but it is what it is), but thats about it. Locatelli was doing his job as central, more defensive midfielder before, lets not read much into the game with Bologna, he still can do that. Im also happy we are adding so many youngsters to the squad, the only question is if this will really get us back to the CL next year. Especially looking at the opposition.

I wonder if anyone has made calculations on our savings? How much did we actually save with all those moves?

I’m sorry but saying that Giuntoli lower the mass salary it’s just shameless and making shit up…

Of course there’s a lower mass salary! you take Di María and Cuadrado out of the salary list and you probably make that difference
and Giuntoli have nothing to do with that!

Of course the age average is down when you think Di María, Paredes, Cuadrado and Bonucci are gone and Giuntoli had nothing to do with that!

We are not “saving” in transfers, we don’t have money for transfers!!

Seems that people keep giving excuses about Giuntoli, if he can’t sale then you read “well maybe he didn’t want to sell that player and it’s just media making things up”

If we don’t buy nobody “Maybe we are saving money!”

I understand about been positive and trying to find the good side of things but making excuses for the guy it’s just silly.

There’s nothing wrong to say things for what they are! It has been a bad market for us… , let’s just hope that the next one it’s better and Giuntoli it’s better at it.

P.S And on the Rovella thing, again, if we wanted to “sacrifice” him, do it on a good deal!! Not giving him away to Lazio in Lazio’s terms

its hard to judge him when he really has zero or even below zero money to spend, lets wait with assumpionts to the next summer. The only move we should praise him for is the Zakaria sales, which was on good terms. With Rovella we will see in two years time, where this guy plays.

I am sure he had to make certain tough decisions like selling Vlahovic Chiesa or Bremer to fund the transfer budget or to keep them with no money to sign players. With No money being injected into the club by John Elkann this should be similar to the next year mercato also.

Watch how Cambiaso flops on the left too, then both LWB and RWB are fucked. That would be a typical JJ scenario.

Might mean we see Sandro back as LWB. Like the good old days :touched:
No doubts cambiaso has yet to be fully allegrified

Are there any good young right backs in serie A or serie b?
No we shouldn't buy from our leagues bunch of thieving bastards

You know we are so fucked when our next gen and women's team are having a better mercato than the men's first team

Juventus are in advanced talks with Werde Bremen to sign midfielder Dikeni Salifou (born in 2003) for the NextGen. Deal on loan + option to buy. Agreement in principle with the player and his agency. [@NicoSchira)
