as for the young guys, they actually qualify as young players until they are 21 (uefa list) or u22 (league). we can have as many young players as we want, there's no limit providing the player meets the various requirements (age, time spent at the club).
so there's no need to loan out guys like miretti, who is only 19 and meets every criteria for a homegrown player. he'll be on the b-list for a few years without interfering with a senior slot normally occupied by a rabiot or a danilo.
as for dudes like enzo who's already 22 in a few months, not a homegrown guy by the rules, and will be out of both uefa and figc junior lists for next season, important decisions will have to be be made
