Its kind of a false comparison as Oscar and Firmino can be compared but Cuadrado is a winger while those 2 are central attacking midfielders
Its like saying Aguero is better than Pogba...
Anyway not that impressed with Firmino as for Oscar he is definitely a great player in the making but he still lacks something I just cant point it out but something in him is lacking to make me say wow sign him he is a future golden ball winner...
With that said I will be happy if we get Oscar who has great vision and I rate him as a very smart player

4321 more likely than a 433 with Morata Mandzukic Dybala and/or Morata Jovetic Dybala.

I don't see the 433 as the formation of choice but more as an option to keep us unpredictable in games in Europe and the league, every now and then. Much like we did with the 352 this season.
